Ironheart Command
Ironheart Command drops you into a slow-burn war of resource management and tactical skirmishes. You expand a base, balance production, and send out units to secure the map. What sets it apart is that it doesn't punish you for putting your phone down — timers are generous and progress feels earned rather than gated.
The tactical battles are where I spent most of my time. You position units on a grid, exploit terrain, and adapt when the AI throws something unexpected at you. Pinch-to-zoom and drag controls work well, though I wish the tiny unit icons were a touch bigger.
It does lean on your battery during long battle sequences, so I kept sessions shorter. Still, for anyone who likes to think a few moves ahead, this is a smart, satisfying strategy game.
